COVID-19 Info

We have introduced a number of measures to ensure the highest level of protection. 

We want your stay to be enjoyable and we look forward to exceeding your expectations. We have a history of impeccable cleanliness and utilize industry best practice cleaning procedures.

We have also taken additional preventive measures to limit physical contact with Inn employees. These changes include:

  • Touchless Check-in. Our staff will be contacting you to facilitate a “touch less” check-in whenever possible. Please feel free to contact the Welcome Center before your arrival for arrangements. 8:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. Phone # 435-634-7100
  • Touchless check-out. Please see the back of your gate pass for instructions
  • Suspension of daily housekeeping/maintenance services. All suites and studios are cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. Daily housekeeping services have been suspended for all guests to minimize physical contact between guests and Inn employees. We are providing additional towels and sundries for you during your stay. Please call the Welcome Center between 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. for any housekeeping or maintenance needs.
  • If you are arriving after 6:00 p.m. PLEASE CALL THE WELCOME CENTER PRIOR TO YOUR STAY 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Our primary concern is the safety of our guests and employees. Inn employees are striving to follow the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. We encourage you to join us in following these guidelines during your stay which include:

  • Washing your hands frequently
  • If you’re sick, stay home
  • Social distancing (6 ft rule)
  • Cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing

We understand that current conditions are fluid and constantly changing. As a courtesy, cancellations can be made 7 days prior to the day of your arrival for a full refund otherwise your first night stay/deposit will be forfeited.

COVID-19 Info Updates - October 2020

We strive to keep you as our guest(s) and our associates safe during this pandemic.

Here are our efforts:

  • All suites-rooms are cleaned and sanitized with a CDC approved disinfectant spray prior to check in
  • We do not enter the accommodations once the guests have checked in
  • We offer daily refresh as requested by the guests for towels, linens and trash removal items are placed outside the accommodations and removed. The replacement items are placed in bag and placed at the front door.
  • Upon request we offer a touchless check in or check out. Please coordinate with the welcome center team when making your reservation 435-634-7100 
  • Large clear plexi partitions are in place at the welcome center front desk
  • We ask all guests to wear a mask while in welcome center
  • Daily temperature checks for all associates
  • Although masks are not required in the state of Utah we strongly encourage use of them

The Grille Restaurant

Dine-in service will resume with strict guidelines around physical distancing, sanitation and staff health monitoring. We will continue to offer curbside take-out service. Effective May 1 st , the food and beverage minimum spending requirement will be in effect.

Here is a list of measures taken to protect your health and that of our staff.

  • For proper social distancing, tables must be at least 10’ apart. Tables will be limited to groups of 6 people, or up to 10 people if all members of the same household.
  • The spacing of tables means that our seating capacity is greatly reduced. To ensure a table is available and to avoid crowds gathering we highly recommend reservations .
  • We will begin by opening to dinner service only. Hours of operation are Tuesday- Saturday 3-8 p.m.
  • Diners asked to wash or sanitize hands prior to entering the restaurant.
  • Employees monitored before each shift for COVID-19 symptoms, including taking temperature.
  • Servers must wear face coverings and perform hand hygiene between interactions with each table.
  • Tables, chairs, condiments, salt & peppershakers, menus, etc. sanitized upon each customer departure.

Fitness Center

The Fitness Center will reopen with strict distancing and cleaning guidelines and monitoring of staff health.

  • Capacity within the Fitness Center will be limited to only ten (10) people at any time.
  • Reservations required for all activities with a 1-hour maximum time limit to work out (2-hour time limit for outdoor pool). Reservations accepted 72-hours in advance. The same time slot may not be reserved for two consecutive days. Call (435) 634-8100 for reservations .
  • Inn guests and Accompanied member guests allowed after 11a.m.
  • No Unaccompanied (Sponsored) guests allowed during this phase (Moderate Risk).
  • Every other piece of cardio equipment placed out of service to maintain proper social distancing. 6’ social distancing required at all times.
  • Outdoor fitness classes can take place with a limit of nine (9) people plus instructor in each class.
  • Showers and locker rooms closed except for use of restrooms.
  • Members and guests to wash or sanitize hands before using any equipment.
  • Employees monitored before each shift for COVID-19 symptoms, including taking temperature.
  • Employees to wear face coverings.

• Capacity limits:

            • 10 people in cardio/weight gym area.
            • 9 people at outdoor fitness classes.
            • 1 person per indoor pool swim lane.
            • 4 people per indoor/ outdoor spa.
            • 50 people in outdoor pool area with social spacing.

Spa Services

Spa and massage services may occur with strict cleaning and hygiene guidelines.

  • Both service provider and client MUST wear face coverings.
  • Service provider must wear gloves, changing frequently as provided by public health laws.
  • Service provider monitored before each shift for symptoms, including temperature.
  • Customers must have their symptoms checked before service rendered.

Pickleball/Tennis Courts

Pickleball and tennis courts open with strict distancing and cleaning guidance. Court reservations required. Open morning pickleball play may resume.

  • Players should maintain 6’ social distancing, no hand shaking or personal contact.
  • Players must wash or sanitize hands prior to play and wear gloves during play.
  • No social gathering in groups of more than four people.
  • Pickleballs to be disinfected before/ after use.

Golf Course

The golf course remains open for play with foam cup liner and no touching of the flagstick.

  • Guest play permitted with limitations of number of guests per day.
  • Players required riding single in cart unless from same household, provided carts are available.
  • Carts disinfected after each use.
  • Driving range stations socially distanced.
  • Golf Shop is open but with a limit of four (4) customers at a time.
  • Water bottles provided. Ice/ water stations remain out of service.
  • Employees monitored before each shift for COVID-19 symptoms, including taking temperature.

Systematic Reopening Plan

The road to full reopening of all Club facilities is based on conditions, health data and Gov. Herbert’s directives. Opening will progress gradually and systematically while protecting the health of our members and staff. Strict adherence to public health protocols is essential to our progress and should not be ignored.

Just because parts of the club are reopening on a limited basis does NOT mean that the threat of the virus is behind us. Stay vigilant in the fight to beat COVID-19. Continue to maintain social distancing, wash hands frequently and avoid crowds. If you are in the most vulnerable population, you should take extra precautions and stay home as much as possible.
