The Inn at Entrada has a few policies that we ask all of our guests to adhere by. That list includes, but is not limited to, what follows. Please let us know if you have any questions.

• Check-in time is after 4:00 PM. Early check-ins are not available.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late checkout fee is 50% of room rate.
• Early departure fee is 50% of remaining nights.
• Rate seasons vary and are subject to change.
• 11.45% tax will be added to room rate.

Resort Fee

• Resort Fee is $10.00 per bed per night, and is not included in room rate.

Deposit Policy

• One night deposit plus tax and resort fee required at the time of reservation to guarantee room.

Cancellation Policy

• Fully refundable deposit if cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival. Within 7 days the deposit is forfeited.
• There are no pets allowed at the Inn.
• There is no smoking allowed in the Inn.
• Specific rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed.
• Country Club attire is required for dining at the Kokopeli Restaurant and Lounge.

For your convenience and information, The Inn at Entrada is located within the gates of Entrada at Snow Canyon. Entrada at Snow Canyon is a private country club.
